Using various
sketching pencils I decided to draw from a small image of Kira from 'The DarkCrystal'. A puppet created by artist, Wendy Froud. I've never really done anything like this; I'm usually a more
gestured artist and find myself getting frustrated when it comes to more
controlled artwork. This A4 drawing was for my most recent project, where I was
looking at existing fairy characters to inspire me with my photography. The
Project was for the art team, BEAM, which was my first project working for a
live panel.
